O Sacrament most Holy, O Sacrament Divine, all Praise and all Thanksgiving be every moment Thine.

Heavenly Father, I offer You the Most Precious Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of your dearly beloved Son our Lord Jesus Christ in atonement for my sins and those of the whole world, I offer you the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary; and the Sorrow, the Praise and the Glory of all the Martyrs, the Angels and the Saints; together with the offering of all the victim souls, and the offering of my soul as a victim of your love, united to all the holy Devotions, Holy Rosaries and Holy Masses that have ever been said and that will ever be said: For Your greater Glory my God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, for the Glory of Our Blessed Mother Mary, for Her intentions, for the triumph of her Immaculate Heart. For the Glory of the Holy Mother Church, for the conversion of sinners, for the dying, for the Holy Souls of Purgatory, for the baptism of those who haven't had their baptism. And with your permission I baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Receive Jesus, receive the Holy Spirit, receive Mother Mary your Mother, receive your Salvation. And Also for my intentions, to know you, love you and serve you, for...

Lord may I live to know you, love you and serve you, to walk blameless pure and holy before you and to be always the docile instrument of your Holy Spirit.
