Are you depressed?

God is the answer

Are you depressed? Depression is a state of mind and body that reveals that something is not right. It is reflected in the incapacity to coordinate ideas, to do your normal tasks, to sleep properly, to enjoy life, to keep the house clean, to have self-esteem and dress adequately, it shows when the person gets angry about anything, or cries very easily or loses control, it is also revealed in those disorganised eating habits, in being tired all the time and finally in total emotional and physical abandonment. Depression affects people of all ages, even children. Many depressed people have ended up committing suicide as the only way out, and this is the worst consequence of depression.
While depression may be treated by psychological or medical treatments, it may not give total healing to the person involved, since the scars have been made beyond physical and mental realms. A good personal self-treatment is to begin to come back to life, to start doing little things with love, to participate in the lives of others, to combat anxiety by getting busy, to believe in oneself again, to do physical exercise, etc.
You are what you think you are, your decree stands. If you believe you are nothing, then so it is. If you believe in yourself and feel positive and happy about life, then so it will be.
If you have lost it, then God has the answer definitely. When all relationships fail; the relationships with family and even the relationship with oneself, there is still someone who loves us with all our defects and is willing to embrace us and heal us: God.
God is always an understanding father who can help us when everything fails, He created us to be happy, not to be victims of anxiety and despair. But we have the moral and holy obligation of accepting that He is God and we are his children, otherwise, we will come to realize that the farther we are from Him, the more miserable and depressed our lives can be.
In order to come back to God and to love Him, we must forgive ourselves and others, we must ask Him to forgive us, we must accept and keep his commandments, we must amend our lives and then the reward will be a holy intimate relationship that will fill us with joy, removing all pain, fears, and anxieties.

The Lord says:
Matthew 11:28-30
"Come to me, all of you who are weary and loaded down with burdens, and I will give you rest.
Place my yoke on you and learn from me, because I am gentle and humble, and you will find rest for your souls, because my yoke is pleasant, and my burden is light."
Philippians 4:6-7
6 Never worry about anything. Instead, in every situation let your petitions be made known to God through prayers and requests, with thanksgiving.
7 Then God's peace, which goes far beyond anything we can imagine, will guard your hearts and minds in union with the Messiah Jesus.

The Lord speaksMy dear child. Now that you have come to me, let me dry your tears, let me hug you with my healing love, let me remove the splinters of your heart.
I have heard your cry, I suffer when you suffer, I can not do anything when you are far away from me. But now that you come to my arms, you will find the medicine for your depression, I will restore you and fill you with laughter, I will refresh your mind and make you think clearly, I will be your father because you accept me and come to me. I will not let you down, so trust in me completely without any doubt. No one cares about you as I do, you are very precious to me, rest in the fountain of my love.
