Eternal father, I offer you the Most Precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of your dearly beloved Son Our Lord Jesus Christ and the tears, the sorrows, the virtues and the glories of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in reparation for my sins and for the sins of the whole world, in reparation for the sins of ....... and of the souls that I pray for.
I consecrate all souls to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus and to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Lord Jesus please hide them in your holy wounds and purify them with your Precious Blood, Blessed Mother Mary please purify them with your tears and cover them with the mantle of your purity and protection. Lord, Grant them peace, love and joy in their hearts and healing in body, mind and soul.
With my Blessed mother Mary, all the angels and saints I praise you my God, I bless you, I give you thanks and I glorify your Holy Name.
All the Kingdom, the Power and the Glory be yours now and forever. Amen.
