1 Lord Jesus, I adore you profoundly. (three times)
I acknowledge your Presence in the Blessed Sacrament of the Altar. I raise my spirit to adore you, I adore you in all the altars throughout the world, present, past and future, in all the holy masses that are being offered, those that have been offered and those that will ever be offered in time and in eternity. I adore you in the Immaculate Heart of Mary, in my heart, and in all the hearts that are receiving you, that have received you and that will ever receive you. You are truly here, truly present in Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity. You are present here with God the Father and with the Holy Spirit. You are our fountain of Grace, Mercy and Salvation. Before your open heart I come to open my heart to worship you my Lord. With humility I come before your Holy Presence Lord, I invoke the assistance of the Blessed Virgin Mary, of all the angels and the saints.
2  Blessed Virgin Mary, Most Holy Mother of God, the Lord has filled you with Light, Majesty and Glory, Power, Wisdom and Love, and with all his attributes. I come to ask you to help me to worship the Lord.
3  In the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary, King and Queen of all the angels and saints, I invoke all of you faithful servants of God, angels and saints, I consecrate myself to you Seraphim, Cherubim, Thrones, Dominions, Virtues, Powers, Principalities, Archangels and Angels; I also consecrate myself to you Blessed Virgin Mary, to the Patriarchs, Prophets, Saints and Martyrs. I adore the Presence of God in each one of you, I ask you to help me to worship the Lord, to live his Holy Will and to abandon myself with complete confidence to His Divine Providence. We adore you Oh Lord (.....)
4 Blessed Virgin Mary, Most Holy Mother of God, tabernacle of the Divinity, temple of the Holy Glory of God, City of God, Mother Zion, Sacred Temple of the Most Holy Trinity, I come to worship the Lord with you, with all the angels and saints. Allow us to enter into your Immaculate Heart, the temple of the Most High.

2 Adoration to the The Most High

6  I adore you Lord with the Blessed Virgin Mary, with all the angels and saints. We praise you Lord, we bless you, we love you, we adore you and we give you thanks in reparation for all those who don't praise you, don't bless you, don't love you, don't adore you and don't give you thanks.
7 We adore you Lord for your immutable being, for your infinite perfections and for having created us out of nothing.
We adore you Eternal God, without beginning or end. We adore you in your Omnipotence, Omnipresence and Omniscience. We adore you Lord God, Great and Powerful King. You can do everything, you know everything, you see everything, you come to all your creatures with your Infinite Mercy.
8 We adore you Lord God Most High. From the highest height you probe the abysses seated on cherubim. You penetrate the deepest part of man's heart. You are surrounded by lightning, inaccessible Light, Majesty and Glory. You are magnificent, beautiful and powerful in all your attributes: in your Love, Goodness, Beauty, Charity, Divinity, Grace, Joy, Intelligence, Justice, Power and Wisdom. 100 Eternal Father, Lord God, Heavenly King, Almighty God.
101 I humble myself before your Holy Presence. I praise you and I give you thanks for your Immutable being, for your infinite perfections and for having created me out of nothing.
102 I acknowledge that I am your creature, the work of your hands.
103 I give you honour, Magnificence and Divinity as the Supreme Being, uncreated, creator of everything that exists.
104 I acknowledge that I am nothing, I really need you.
105 I come humbly before you Lord, I ask you to give me Wisdom, Understanding and Science to know you and love you above all things and to serve you, to know myself, to despise the world and all that is evil in me, and to know and love my neighbour as myself.
106 Lord, I desire that you grow and I diminish.
107 I acknowledge that I am nothing, I am less that a drop of dew before the burning sun at dawn, less than a blow of smoke before the wind and less than a particle of dust before the universe. I am just dust and ashes.
108 I acknowledge that I am a despicable vile worm before you, since I have defied your Holiness and Greatness, I have sinned against you. I repent my Lord and I come to ask you in the name of all mortals that you forgive us. I invoke your Divine Mercy, Compassion and Clemency. Don't look at our sins but at the Mercy of your Son Jesus.
109 Forgive us Lord Jesus, give us your Heart, wash us with your Precious Blood, cleanse us from all iniquity, remove our guilt away, remit our punishment, purify our souls from every stain. Blow your Holy Spirit upon us.
110 Beloved Father, you are slow to anger and rich in Mercy. Thanks for your forgiveness, give us Peace.
111 I raise my spirit and I place it in your Holy Hands submitting myself with humility and resignation. Almighty God, give me your Counsel, your Light, your Permission and your Blessing in everything that I do, so that it will be done in your Will and Mercy, for your Pleasure and Glory.
112 I ask you to dispose of myself, according to your Most Holy Will, now and during the rest of my life.
113 And I ask you to teach me to fulfil whatever would be for your complacency, your pleasure and Glory. Amen. We adore you Oh Lord (.....)

118 Your Word is a lamp at my feet, you are my Light and my Salvation.
119 Lord, shine your Light of ten thousand suns in my soul, unite me in your Precious Blood so that my mind becomes your Mind, my memory becomes your Memory, my will becomes your Will, my affections become your Affections and my heartbeats become yours. Grant that it may be, not me who lives, but Christ who lives in me. Most Holy Mother Mary, grant that it may be, not me who lives, but Mary who lives in me.
120 Lord, permit me to serve myself from your Most Holy Humanity and the Holy Humanity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Bless me Lord, transform me, mould me, transfigure me.
121 What do you want me to do Lord? ..... How can I serve you Lord? ..... How can I please you Lord? ..... What do you wish to tell me Lord? ..... Speak to me Lord, that your servant is listening..... Your word transforms me, and renews me. Speak Lord, Speak also my dearest Mother.....
